Access to safe shelter is a fundamental human right, yet many face homelessness and inadequate housing. At People for Humanity, we are committed to providing refuge and hope through our Shelter Initiative. Locally, we partner with Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries to offer meals, tutoring, and mentorship, helping individuals regain stability and transition back into permanent housing. Together, we work to ensure that everyone has the support they need to rebuild their lives.

Our current education projects are dedicated to unlocking the potential of every individual through quality education and learning opportunities. With a focus on bridging gaps in access, equity, and quality, we’re working to ensure that every child has the chance to succeed and thrive. From supporting schools in underserved communities to providing scholarships and educational resources, our initiatives cover a wide range of interventions aimed at improving educational outcomes.
